ABOUT: A privately restored Centurion Armoured Recovery Vehicle being driven along the leafy lanes of England. You're right to be concerned, however the speed was at no time ever more than 20 mph, there were two very experienced and qualified hi vis motorcycle riders up in front making sure there was no traffic in the way and blocking side roads drives etc. every one was local and new the route well. The man on top had a good view ahead over hedges etc. and the route was recced beforehand.
